Copper tripeptide-1 and acetyl hexapeptide-8
Two of the six peptides in this serum. Copper tripeptide-1 contains copper; acetyl hexapeptide-8 is a different peptide ingredient.

INSIDE THE FORMULA
Buffet brings six peptides together, including copper tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and three palmitoyl peptides. The serum also has a substantial supporting cast: glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, urea and ceramide NP. The texture film shows how the serum moves and spreads; use it before your moisturiser.

Myristoyl nonapeptide-3, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and palmitoyl tripeptide-5 complete the peptide combination.
Ceramide NP sits alongside moisture-binding ingredients including glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and urea, plus panthenol.
USING THIS FORMULA
01 / Before
Cleanse gently, then follow the preparation instructions for your formula.
02 / Your formula
Apply to clean and dry skin.
03 / After
Let your serum absorb before your moisturiser. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
Introduce one new product at a time and follow the directions on your pack.
For Buffet, Cyrène recommends using them in separate routines. A practical option is C E Ferulic in the morning and Buffet in the evening. Avoid layering Buffet directly with vitamin C or AHA/BHA exfoliants; compatibility depends on the finished formulas, not just the ingredient names.
Use Buffet on alternate evenings to your retinol or retinal, following Cyrène’s Buffet guidance. This gives both products a place without layering them together. You can finish either evening routine with moisturiser.
Apply Buffet after cleansing and before heavier creams or oils. Let it settle, then follow with moisturiser. If you are using it in the morning, finish with sunscreen. You do not need a separate hydrating serum just because Buffet contains peptides.
It is a serum step, so it does not automatically replace your moisturiser. Buffet contains glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and panthenol alongside its peptides. If your skin still feels tight or dry, follow with a moisturiser rather than repeatedly adding more serum.
Yes. The listed formula contains peptides, including copper tripeptide-1, with no retinol or retinal listed. It is a different type of skincare product, not a substitute for a prescribed retinoid or a promise of the same results.
Ask the practitioner treating your skin when to restart it. A cosmetic serum should not be assumed suitable for freshly treated or broken skin, and a peptide ingredient list does not establish sterility. Follow your procedure-specific aftercare rather than your usual serum schedule.
